Cartooning for Teachers with Terry Kole

Would you like to add a fun project to your art class schedule, giving kids their “vegetables” without them knowing? Using cartooning as a tool, you can teach your students figure illustration, how to draw emotions using facial expressions and body language, how to create focus and drama in a picture, and storytelling. You’ll have fun, as will your students!

Terry started her career as the creator of a weekly cartoon strip that ran in 5 (small) newspapers and has been teaching cartooning to students for over 15 years.

This will be a learn-and-do mini-class where we will pack a lot in our 2-hour meetup!
