Application
All submissions must be made through our NEW online system.  Artists are asked to complete the form and upload up to three electronic images (low-resolution JPGs) by April 2, 2021 on the theme of: COLOR; up to one image may be selected by a jury-panel of Juried-Artist-Members.  Poets are asked to submit SAMPLE portfolios that demonstrate your versatility; these writings do not need to reflect the theme.  Poets should complete the form and upload three samples in .DOC or .DOCX format by May 2, 2021…recently extended.

Notification of Acceptance
Submitted works of art will be reviewed by our jury-panel and accepted artists will be notified by e-mail by April 23, 2021.  Participating artists will be required to provide a high-resolution JPG by May 31, 2021; further details will be provided.  Poets written portfolios will be reviewed by a jurist and accepted writers will be notified by May 28, 2021 and assigned an artwork to create a responsive poem.  Final responsive poems will be due by June 30, 2021.

Eligibility
All Members and Non-Members are invited to apply as artists or poets.

Entry Fee
$50 per artist/poet; all accepted artists and poets will receive a complimentary copy of the P&A publication.

Delivery of Works
Final artwork can be hand-delivered to 36 Beach Street, North Kingstown on Monday: October 4 (noon-4pm), Tuesday: October 5 (noon-4pm).  Artists are asked to prepared works for exhibition based on these Exhibit Registration Guidelines.

Opening Receptions
Pending – Wednesday: October 6, 2021…Artist & Poets Meet, time: TBD; Saturday: October 9 and Sunday: October 10…Poetry Readings, times: TBD; links to reserve tickets will be provided.

Sales
WAA retains 30% on all sales by member exhibitors, 40% on all sales by non-member exhibitors.

Pick-up
All work should be collected on Tuesday: October 26 (noon-6pm) or Wednesday: October 27 (noon-3pm).
