All submissions must be made through our NEW online system; please complete the form and upload one to three electronic images (low-resolution JPGs) by February 3, 2021. This CALL for ENTRY is CLOSED. A complete list of accepted works is available HERE.
Notification of Acceptance
Submitted works will be reviewed by our jurist and accepted artist will be notified by e-mail by February 8, 2021. Artists are asked to fully prepare works for presentation following our Exhibit Registration Guidelines.
All Members and Non-Members are invited to submit up to three works representing traditional printing techniques.
Members: 1 entry $20 / 2 entries $30 / 3 entries $40 – Non-Members: 1 entry $25 / 2 entries $40 / 3 entries $55
Delivery of Accepted Works
Accepted work can be hand-delivered to 36 Beach Street, North Kingstown on Tuesday: March 9 (noon-6pm), Wednesday: March 10 (noon-3pm). Please note, staff will not be on site earlier than noon for drop-off.
Pending – Friday: March 12, 2021 (1-hour Sessions at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm); a link to reserve tickets will be provided soon.
WAA retains 30% on all sales by member exhibitors, 40% on all sales by non-member exhibitors. For this exhibit, accepted artists may provide up to 3 additional copies of exhibited work (un-framed, signed & numbered, cellophane-sleeved) available for purchase by gallery visitors.
All work should be collected on Tuesday: April 6 (noon-6pm) or Wednesday: April 7 (noon-3pm). Please note, staff will not be on site earlier than noon for pick-up.
