Better understand how to use artificial light sources, including an external flash. Knowing how to control and use artificial and natural lighting, you will be able to create various lighting styles. Using lighting styles means you will have to know about light placement and lighting ratios. This class will also cover simple lighting techniques. Once you finish both classes, you should know how to make decisions about what lighting is best to create or capture your chosen subject. This class will also help you see light as a composition tool. Understanding Lighting for Photography I or an equivalent class is required. Simple camera knowledge is also highly recommended.
