This 5-hour class will begin with a demonstration of the Oil & Cold Wax medium. It will give the artist the basic knowledge of this medium and how it works. Artists will learn to mix oil paint with cold wax, basic mark making and textures made with the use of various tools such as stencils, tissue paper, knitting needles, cheese cloth and more. Artists will have time to create several paintings on 140 lb. watercolor paper which will be supplied.
