In this workshop, we invite you to buddy up intergenerationally and co-create some magical creatures. We’re designing our class materials for children ages 5-9 to use with an older sibling, a grandparent, a neighbor, a nanny — whatever your age, come ready to invent some new myths. We’ll make 3D multi-media creatures using fabric scraps, air-dry clay, beads, paper, feathers, sequins, and more. With the help of the older person, we’ll also write out the story of your new beastie, fairy or sprite.
