Susan Sward is a natural science illustrator and exhibiting artist, as well as a member of the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators. A retired public school teacher with nearly 40 years of experience teaching both children and adults, she brings deep knowledge, patience, and a warm sense of humor to her classes. Susan is passionate about helping students of all ages slow down, observe closely, and connect with the natural world through drawing and journaling.
