Artist Application

I have read the Wickford Art Association (WAA) Application and Instructions in its entirety and by submitting this application, I accept the WAA terms and conditions. I understand that the Wickford Art Festival is a fine art festival. I will allow photos taken by WAA personnel of myself, my booth and my work to be used in WAA and promotions. I understand that the WAA shall not be liable for any claim or loss or damage of any kind to my exhibit or myself and I agree to release and hold them harmless for such liability. I, the participant, assume all liability for accidents, personal injury, and damages to property, and hold harmless the WAA, its board of directors, event sponsors, donors, employees, volunteers, as well as the Town of North Kingstown, from any and all of the claims arising out of any connection with the above-described event. In consideration of my participation as evidenced by my checking the box, I hereby, for myself, my heirs and my administrators assume any and all risks which might be associated with this event and waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against WAA, its board of directors, volunteers, the Townof North Kingstown, it’s employees, workers and any others connected with organizing the WAA event, their representatives, successors and assignors for any and all injuries or loss of personal property by theft or otherwise damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by me as a result of taking part in this event and any other related activities. I understand that failure to follow any of the listed conditions and requirements for participation in the WAA event will be grounds for dismissal (without refund).
