Summer Plein Air Painting Workshop with Ann Bianchi

Join us for a relaxing one-day Plein air painting workshop. This will take place in front of our waterfront gallery overlooking beautiful Narragansett Bay. We invite you to use your senses as you explore the beauty of painting outdoors. Plein air painting, or painting “in the open air,” creates an environment that invites artists to capture natural light, colors, and a new perspective of outdoor scenery. In this workshop you will benefit from individual guidance and learn new techniques. You will be offered helpful suggestions as you work in your choice of watercolors or acrylics to capture your special work of art.
Enjoy this wonderful opportunity to create and connect with nature through art. Students may bring their own supplies or pay a $6 supply fee to the instructor for all necessary surfaces and paints
