Wickford Art Festival
July 11 and 12, 2026
Hours:
- 9:00 AM–4:00 PM on Saturday, with a 3:00 PM load-out on Sunday, July 12, to help ensure smooth traffic flow
Required Permits & Documentation:

A Mobile Food Establishment (MFE) permit from the State of Rhode Island and an MFE permit from the Town of North Kingstown

Town of North Kingstown MFE application fee: $75.00, paid directly to the Town

If applying for the Town of North Kingstown MFE, please email a copy to wickfordartfestival@gmail.com upon receipt

All MFEs must be submitted by June 1, 2026

Vendors must adhere to all requirements outlined in the Town of North Kingstown Fire Marshal document
Participation Requirements:

Must commit to attending the Festival both days (Saturday & Sunday) for the full duration

Vendors must be prepared to operate in the event of rain; the Festival is held rain or shine
Selection & Confirmation:

Food vendors will be notified by April 1 if they have been selected

Festival space is confirmed upon receipt of a completed application, vendor fee, and all required permits
