North Kingstown School Department K-12 Student Art Exhibit

Opening Reception - May 1st, 5:00 to 7:00 PM
The Wickford Art Association (WAA) is presenting its annual “North Kingstown K-12 Student Art Exhibit” from May 1 to May 10, 2020. The Art Educators of North Kingstown's Elementary, Middle and High Schools will curate and display their students’ work.
The Opening Reception is Friday- May 1st (5:00 to 7:00 PM) at 36 Beach Street, North Kingstown (across from the North Kingstown Town Beach). The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public. Regular gallery hours are Tuesday to Saturday (11 am to 3 pm), Sunday (12-3 pm), closed Mondays and holidays.
The art work of students from the following schools will be displayed: Fishing Cove Elementary, Forest Park Elementary, Hamilton Elementary, Quidnesset Elementary, Stony Lane Elementary, Davisville Middle, Wickford Middle and North Kingstown High School.
Sponsored by Wickford Art Association's Community Outreach Program, admission to the gallery is free and open to the public.
The Wickford Art Association is a non-profit organization with 450 members from Rhode Island and New England. WAA hosts art shows and classes in its gallery at 36 Beach Street in North Kingstown, and has produced the Wickford Art Festival every July since 1962. WAA annually awards cash scholarships to 3 artistic high school seniors heading to college. Wickford Art Association is dedicated to educating, encouraging and inspiring artists and art lovers throughout the community.
Wickford Art Association hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 - 3:00 PM and Sunday noon to 3:00 PM. Closed Mondays and holidays.
