 General Members who have been members for longer than 6 months and wish to have their work juried for Artist Membership should contact AJ Reilly, (401) 944-1241, to make an appointment.  Artist Jurying Night is typically held on Tuesdays at 6 p.m.  Judges look for originality, style, technique, presentation, and composition.  Maintaining an Artist-Membership requires an artist-member exhibit their work at least once per year in a show at our gallery.

WAA Gallery 
Browse Bins

New additions are always welcome! 
Leave a message for Elizabeth Donovan at the gallery for more information.

Frameless original art is offered for sale in the WAA gallery's browse bins.  Wickford Art Association members may have up to four protected (shrink-wrapped or enclosed in a plastic envelope), matted, and mounted works in the bins for up to 4 months.  

Work must be original (no laser prints & no color copies please).  Indicate artist's name & contact info on the back of each piece and include a small price sticker on the front in the upper right corner.  (Remember to figure in the gallery's 25% commission when pricing your piece.)  

Artists must sign their work in (and later out) of the registration book, please attach a yellow sticker (yellow stickers are kept with the registration book for this purpose) with the date on the back of each piece.  For further information, please leave a message at the gallery (294-6840).

Be sure to pick up or change your work every 4 months.  
New work is appreciated!

WAA Member Reference Book

The Wickford Art Gallery maintains a Member Reference Book--in two large loose-leaf binders.

Members, please bring in material about yourselves and your work, such as:

  • a biography about yourself, 

  • photo samples of your work, 

  • self photo, 

  • news articles, & 

  • contact information.

Please leave 1.5" margin at the top of the page.

If you already have a page in the book, please be sure your information is up to date.
